FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Parking:
Parents will get a 45-minute parking voucher that will allow you to pick up and drop off your child each day. Under the parking pass, there is a link that you can click on to get a map of where the E18 parking lot is located. Please note, this is only temporary parking. If you intend to stay on campus for longer than the designated 45 minutes, you will need to purchase a parking pass at one of the kiosks in the parking lots.

Where is registration upon arrival?
Registration will be at the entrance to Harshman gym attached to Alaska Airlines Arena (glass doors directly across from pedestrian bridge over Montlake Blvd). Registration will begin one hour prior to the first day of each camp. 

Who can attend elite camp?
Anyone- Camp is open to any and all. Suggested camper ages are 8th-12th grade or competitive with this age group. 

Who can pick up the kids?
Parents are required to check-in and check-out their campers each day. Campers can be picked up by parent, legal guardian, or another camper’s parents granted permission by a waiver.

Please come into the gym at the end of camp day to pick up your child. We will not allow them to leave the gym until their parent or the person who is picking them up has been identified. If you are making arrangements with other parents to pick up your child, we will need a letter of consent from every parent.

What is the refund policy?
Full refund minus the processing fee will be given for cancelations no later than 21 days prior to the start of camp. 

Will food and water be available?
Water will be available. Please bring your own water bottle. A snack shop will be available where your child can purchase water, Gatorade, and other snacks. Campers are responsible for bringing their own meals. At the start of camp, you will be able to put money on a punch card for your child to use at the snack shop throughout camp. Please note, we only take cash at the camp store.

Will there be a certified athletic trainer on staff?
Yes. Please let us know prior to camp start date if your child has any medical conditions!

Who will be coaching?
University of Washington coaching staff and former/current players.

Is there a required skill level for each camp?
No. Camps are open to any and all campers!
